Question

After entering a bunch of expenses I cant access the category list. All I see is enter text, and if I try to create a new expense the list does not come up. What do I do?

Let's open the category list on a private window, useraccounts15.

 

There are times that concern like this occurs when the system encounters any browser-related issue. You may use these keyboard shortcut to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, you may go back to a regular browser and clear the cache

 

You may also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
