Again Expense 33% is showing on dashboard on newly created user?

Hi QB Team,

Please note that we are again facing the subject issue. Last time the issue is rectified against the Case Number [[removed]]. In the communication thread from referenced case number, the support engineer instructed the Purge Company activity. We processed the Purge - but issue reflected against a specific user. The support engineer instructed to re-create the user. We processed and the issue was rectified.

Now we are again facing the issue against newly created user. But on re-creating the user - the issue is not rectified this time. It’s astonishing and panic for us.

May any support engineer help at earliest?

The Company ID is [removed]

Regards,

Abdul Rehman.

Hi there, @Abdul Rehman

I appreciate you for sharing your concern here in the Community. I can see that you've been experiencing this issue for the last two weeks. I'd suggest you perform the basic troubleshooting steps first by using an incognito again to see if it work. Here's how:

  1. Open a default browser, then follow these shortcut keys to open a private or an incognito window:
  • Chrome simply press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari, press Command + Shift + N. Make sure you're using the latest version.

       2. Log in to your QuickBooks Online
       3. Re-create the user.

If that works, follow the steps to clear the browser cache in the help article: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser

If you're still experiencing the same issue, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can help you check the error and perform an escalation whenever needed for you to resolve the issue.

Feel free to message us again if you have more questions. We're always around to help.
