Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you in bringing in the bank transactions.

 

First, make sure that your bank doesn't have a system issue or maintenance. This is the common reason why the transactions aren't downloading.

 

Also, you can manually update the banking. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu, select Banking, then click the Update button. This can resynchronise the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online which also can help to download the transactions.

 

If this behavior continues, I suggest you reach out to our Support Team for further checking.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Banking".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose a way to connect with them.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload the transactions. All you need is a supported file from the bank that you can import into QuickBooks Online.
