Hi sinead, let me assist you in troubleshooting the issue with updating your billing information.

If you're still seeing your old payment method even after updating it to a new card, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is related to your browser.

To start with, you can try opening an incognito window to prevent your browsing history from being saved. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use based on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Alternatively, you can restart your browser and clear the browser's cache to eliminate common errors that can hinder the application from working properly. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate. You can also use other supported and up to date browser to see if the issue persists.

Moreover, adding Intuit as a trusted site prevents your browser from potentially blocking site content.
