Can anyone advise me how to genetste payment link, so my client can make direct payment instead of sending through their banks ?Thanks

Generating a payment link directly within QuickBooks is currently unavailable in your region. You may consider looking into third-party applications that integrate seamlessly with QuickBooks and provide the functionality to generate payment links. You may want to explore these options by visiting our Apps Store. 

Here's how:

1. On the left panel, click Apps.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Use the search bar to look for an app.
   

Make sure to carefully review the features, pricing, and compatibility of each app to ensure that it meets your specific requirements. 

I also encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.

Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
   
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

In addition, it would be beneficial for you to generate the Accounts Receivable Ageing report. This report provides an overview of your outstanding balances, enabling you to proactively manage collections and maintain a healthy cash flow for your business.

Where is your company located? You can use a free invoicing app as a workaround to integrate with QBO to accept payments with Paypal, Stripe, and some other options.
