Please note that we don't have a direct view and access to any of the third-party applications integrated with QuickBooks. With this, I recommend communicating with the Cloudbeds Support Team. One of their experts can help discuss the steps for how the app integrates with QBO.

 

Moreover, in case you need to use a third-party app connector, you can navigate to the Apps menu of QBO and search for a connector app. You can look outside of the QBO program if necessary.
