I'm here to ensure you'll get the data from the previous subscription to QuickBooks Online.

 

If you resubscribe to QBO after a year, you won't be able to access the data, as the system will automatically delete them. However, if you resubscribe to QBO within a year, we keep your data, allowing you to continue from where you left off if you decide to return.

 

If you have multiple companies, you may have selected another company file, which is why previous information wasn't there. Ensure to choose the appropriate company file and use the Switch company feature to access the company.
