Hi there.

 

Are you attempting to reactivate or renew your subscription to QuickBooks Online?

 

If so, then you can follow the steps outlined in this article: How to resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online. However, keep in mind that you only have 365 days after the cancellation date to access your company data and reactivate your account. If you do not renew within that time frame, you will no longer be able to access or reactivate your account.

 

Thus, you'll need to sign up for a new QuickBooks Online account. Also, if you have subscribed to QuickBooks Online through an app store, you won't be able to see the Billing & Subscriptions tab, which allows you to resubscribe.
