Can i make two transaction books in QB

I need to delete some invoices payments and receipts as well as i also want to keep the original book. is it possible

In QuickBooks, each company account is linked to a single subscription, which means you can only maintain one transaction book for all financial records. Making your query not possible.

 

Moreover, deleting an invoice or sales receipt is a permanent action. Once deleted, the transaction cannot be retained alongside the original. Please note that creating both an invoice and a sales receipt for the same transaction would result in double income being recorded, which can lead to inaccuracies in your financial reporting.

Additionally, you can run customer reports to get an overview of your accounts receivable transactions.
