Can I submit a SA109 form to HMRC using Quickbooks? (This is the form used for non-residents who still need to declare income in the UK e.g. Overseas landlords)

I currently have 'Quickbooks Online Plus' but use this to submit VAT returns for my company in UAE where I am based and resident. Not sure if this version can also be used for a UK Self-Assessment return for non-residents?

The program's designs are tailored to meet the specific regulations and tax policies of each region, making sure that each QBO plan is compliant. You may need to manually submit the form or consider using other authorized software to do so.
