Hello there, @augustineopara-c. I got your back to ensure you'll be able to issue a pay slip for your staff in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Let me first discuss some details about the process. 

 

Currently, QBO Payroll is only available in certain regions, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. This feature is unavailable for some regions. No worries, you can still create a paycheck in your program manually. 

 

To do so, you can enter journal entries. This process is a good way to track your payroll information. For the detailed instructions, I highly suggest checking out this link: Recording payroll transactions manually. This also includes examples to serve as your guide in properly recording them.

 

On the other hand, you can also look for a third-party payroll application in your area that can be integrated with QBO. Once the set-up is finished, you're now ready to manually enter payroll paychecks in QBO.
