QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payments are mainly for transactions within the United States, Codiaq. I recognize the need for international payments. Let me share a workaround with you.

While QuickBooks Payments mainly handles transactions within the United States, I recommend finding a third-party application that assists international payments. These apps provide multi-currency support and streamlined payment processes, enabling seamless operations with international vendors or suppliers.

Here's how:

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Apps section in the left menu.
  3. Click the Find Apps tab.
  4. You can search for an app by name or explore different apps using the Browse category drop-down menu.

I also recommend utilizing search engines like Google and Safari to find a suitable app to integrate into your QBO account.

Furthermore, utilize this article to transfer app ownership to another user or to disconnect it: Transfer app ownership or disconnect apps in QuickBooks Online and Accountant.

Once your payment transactions are ready, you can start categorizing them to track your spending, leading to improved financial management.

This thread is always open if you have more questions about QB Payments or need assistance setting up third-party applications. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your reply.
