Can you help us, We are using Quickbooks online, and every time we click Pay Bills, nothing is shown. Please help us

Hi userarnold-zaldua,

 

I'll make sure that record your bill payments.

 

Currently, our software engineers are currently investigating the Pay Bills issue. Rest assured, we're doing our best to get this resolved as soon as possible.

 

For now, you'll want to give us a quick call or chat to add your contact information to our notification list. This way, you'll be updated when we get this sorted out. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human, then click Contact Support Team.
  3. Enter "Pay Bills button unresponsive"  in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need help, then click Contact Support Team again.
  5. Select Start a chat.

Once you're in, you can provide this investigation number to our representative for a faster transaction: INV-52586.

 

In the meantime, you can go to the Suppliers tab and then enter the payment from there. I'll guide you how: 

 

  1. Select Expenses from the sidebar menu.
  2. Head to the Suppliers tab.
  3. Choose the appropriate supplier, then click the Make payment link in the Action column.
  4. Select the bills that you want to pay, then enter the amount.
  5. Click Save and close to complete the process.
