Hello there, @apoorvdurga. I'm here to ensure you'll get the right support in making sure you can resubscribe to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

In QBO, credit cards get declined because of the following reasons:

  • The account number is invalid.
  • Credit card is Expired.
  • Over-limit or past due.
  • General decline, no other information provided by the processor.
  • The issuing bank will not electronically authorize the credit card.
  • The address on your credit card statement does not match the billing address in QBO.

For more information about this, please see this article: Why was my credit card declined?

I recommend reaching out to our Merchant Support team to check the root cause of the issue. They use specific tools to look into your account and guide you in fixing the declined credit card.

Once everything is fine, you can now resubscribe to your QBO subscription.

There are a number of help articles and even video tutorials available on our QuickBooks Help page that can help you with your QBO tasks. Simply browse from there and click the categories you need.

Don't hesitate to post here if you need further assistance about resubscribing your QBO subscription. I'll be always here to help. Have a good one.
