Company details failed to appear on RFQ form

Currently, the RFQ form for suppliers is not available in QBO. As a workaround, you can use the Purchase Order feature, which functions similarly to estimates or quotes given to potential customers before starting a job. As a work around, consider using a third-party application that offers this functionality to complement your QuickBooks system.
