I want to ensure you'd be able to enter an item on a bill, @MuazzaM.

 

After the Category details section, you should see the Item details section. By clicking the triangle button (beside the Item details), you can enter your products\services that you want to avail from your supplier. Please see the attached screenshot below:

 

 

Since this is not the case, I suggest using an incognito browser to isolate this issue. This mode is free from cache data which the browser uses to load websites quicker but interrupts processes in online applications like QuickBooks when there are redundant files in the browser's memory.

 

Make sure to use a supported browser, then follow one of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari version 11 or higher: Command + Shift + N

 

Once logged in to QuickBooks Online, try creating the bill to see if the Item details section will show. If it works, let's clear your regular browser's cache to remove files that make QuickBooks unable to load some features. This will also help the browser run at its optimum performance.

 

Alternatively, you can run QuickBooks Online on other supported browsers because every browser has its unique cache data storage system.
