Did something happen with the Setup Page? I can't see the whole menu with all the sections it had before.

The setup page used to have 5 sections, and now there are only 2. In one of them was the option to close the books by dates, and that section is now dissapeared.

Currently, our engineers are conducting an investigation regarding missing tabs in QuickBooks Online (QBO) company settings after changing the language. If you encountered the same experience, I'd recommend contacting our customer service team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and will receive email updates on the status of the investigation.

 

If you didn't switch languages, I'll guide you in performing some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

 

In some cases, too much cache buildup in a browser produces unexpected behavior with the product. You can tidy this up by opening your account in a private window. Please use the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

If the complete options appear after accessing the Account and settings, you can return to your regular browser and clear its cache or switch to a different supported browser. It could be a short-term issue with QBO or the window you're using.
