Do the transactions having same category automatically changes?If so, I have a problem because its not changing what can be done??

Hi there, neera.
 
Transactions with the same category will not automatically change in QuickBooks Online. The system tries to categories the transactions coming from the bank.
 
If QB is unable to recognize them, it will automatically go to the uncategorized default accountI suggest going to the For Review tab. Then, manually change the category.
 
Here's how:
 
  1. Click Banking at the left panel. Then, the Banking section.
  2. Choose the transaction under For Review tabThen, click it to expand the page.
  3. Go to the Category drop-down arrow. Then, select the new or correct category.
  4. Hit the Add button.
 
After that, the transactions will be moved to the Reviewed tab. These will also appear on your register. From there, you can review your transactions. For more details, visit this article:  Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers.
