4. Search for your specific bank in the search tab.
5. Click on the link to visit your bank's website and sign in.
6. See if you can access your account through their website without any errors.
7. Once done checking, you can return to QBO to continue the on-screen process.

If your bank is not in QBO-supported financial institutions lists, we can request support from your bank directly through QuickBooks by following the steps below:

1. You will receive a message if QuickBooks cannot find your bank. Then, you'll need to submit a request to your bank.
2. Please enter the bank's name in the Account Provider Name field and their website address in the Account Provider Sign-in URL box.
3. Click Request.
