Each time i try to change my billing country it re directs me to a "somethings not quite right message" Do you know how i can fix this?

Do you need to open a new QBO account or update your credit card credential? Where is your company located?

I have a solution to this error and I'm here to help you fix this, coachjanegymnast.

 

Are you trying to sign up for QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription but is getting an error message?

 

If so, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to access the signup page. There are times that your browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources that cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to act unusual behavior. 

 

Let's log in to your QBO account using a private browser. This is to rule out any cache-related issues. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If it works, clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website and for the system to start fresh. 

 

You can also try switching to a different browser.

 

However, if you have signed up for an incorrect QBO account and want to sign up for the correct region, you'll have to cancel the first subscription. Once done, you can proceed to sign up for the correct account. Also, cancelling your subscription prevents you from being charged.
