Question

Earlier, I was able to make a transfer entry from a current account to an expense account. Now, I am unable to do it, as the expense account does not show up?

Let's run some troubleshooting steps to isolate what causes the issue, studiocasamir.

 

To start with, open your QuickBooks account on an incognito window. It is the best place to verify any browser-related concerns. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, you may go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. This site doesn't store any used cache thus, it helps eliminates browser-related issues.

 

You can also switch to a different  supported browser like  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternatives.
