Everytime I click on the chat with team function, it takes me to a blank screen? I need help w my billing

If you’re still having an issue being routed to a blank screen, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache. There are times that the browser is full of cache data. When piled up, it causes issues to the browser and affect the performance of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
