Welcome to the Community space, @Kenneth 75. I'd be happy to share the troubleshooting steps we can perform to address your expense inquiry.

I’d like to know more details about the expenses you're trying to use. What tab are you in that requires you to link your bank account? Are you reviewing expenses that have been recorded or would you like to enter new ones? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated so I can provide a precise solution.

In the meantime, let’s use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. This doesn't retain local files or cache so this helps in ruling out the possibility of a webpage issue. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

Clearing the browser's cache is also one of the options we suggest if you experience strange behavior when using QuickBooks Online. By doing this, it’ll remove the history in your default browser, so you can start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.

Please refer to this on how you can make any changes to the expenses you've already created: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.

If you need additional assistance with the troubleshooting steps or have any other expense concerns, please feel free to reach back out. It’ll be my pleasure to help you out again. Stay safe.
