Few days ago i requested that to contact me for an issue i have for cost of goods they said at 01.05.2024 hey will call you so i was online for an hour but no one came

You can also post on this thread about your cost of goods concern so that I or my colleagues can provide a resolution. Feel free to contact our support again through chat. Then, provide them with the case number provided by the previous agent for them to review your issue. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your concern in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. Choose the Chat with us option.
