Funding Dept. is absolutely HORRIBLE I need answers and I've been trying for weeks. I've done CHATS and on hold for hours no answers given

This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have in contacting the funding department of QuickBooks Online (QBO), @524771001615313. That's why I'm here to ensure you're able to get the support you need in getting the appropriate answer for your billing concern.

 

The security of your account is our top priority here in the Community. There's a need to pull up your account to check your billing information. With this, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team again. They can securely verify your funding status and process all the necessary documents for your billing issue.

 

To ensure we address your concern on time, you can contact our support from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT +8). In case you want to talk to one of our representatives, you'll have to request a callback. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box (i.e. Billing issue).
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback. 
  6. Enter your contact details. 
  7. Select Confirm my call
