Yes, I am not able to add a class to my receipts nor is it letting me change the account to the correct one.

Hello, Dsmover and Smartds. Let me provide an update about the dropdown issue.

 

I recognize the importance of this option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our Engineering team is currently investigating this problem when selecting any options in the dropdown menu (INV-105230). To have you included in the list of affected users, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support to fix this immediately.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab. Then, Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your issue. Once done, tap Continue.
  4. Pick how you want to connect with us: Chat or Callback.

 

Our support hours are from Mon-Fri, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Thank you - I did call right away and got a call back after the issue was corrected. I guess it was a problem that had to be fixed and is not working again.
