Thank you for adding your first post, @Maizatul. I can help you match your entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're trying to match your entries from the For Review tab on the Banking page, the bill will only match the purchase order (PO) once it's converted as a bill or an expense transaction. I'll guide you on how to do it.

  1. Open the purchase order.
  2. Click on Copy to Bill before the PO amount.
  3. Fill in the other details, then save the bill.

You can also learn more about accepting PO from this link: Add purchase orders to expenses, bills, or cheques in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, you're now ready to match your transactions.

On the other hand, if you mean that the bill and PO details don't match, you can either edit or delete and recreate your transactions. I'm adding this article as your reference: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can also read through the resources from our self-help articles for more tips while working with your vendor entries in the future.

If you have other questions about your bills and other entries, let me know by leaving a comment below. I'm more than happy to help you again. Keep safe!
