Let's get this sorted out, @info1111.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure you'll be able to exclude transactions seamlessly. Let's begin with accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito mode to have a clean slate. Private browsers do not store cache and data files that might cause issues when running websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

Once signed in, exclude transactions again and close and reopen QBO. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser. This will remove old files to refresh the background processes of your browser. If the same thing happens, you can use another supported browser. To optimize your QBO experience, we always have to ensure that your system meets the required requirements to run the program.

You may also want to check your Audit Log to see any actions applied to your bank transactions. This way we can check why excluded transactions still appear.

Also, regularly reviewing your accounts is a good practice to make sure the amounts in your QBO company match your real-life bank and credit card statements.

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns about excluding your bank transactions. I always got your back. Take care.
