Hello Team, My Pay bills window stopped responding 3 days back, no solution offered yet has yielded results. any leads/ support?

I tried clearing cache files, using another browser all in vain.

Thanks for bringing this one to our attention, dgrahamzug. 

 

I appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting steps to get this sorted out. I've checked here on our and there's an ongoing investigation where the Pay Bills button is unresponsive in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured our engineers are working together for the permanent fix on this issue.

 

In the man time, juts pay the bills by going to the Expenses menu. Then, choose Suppliers and click the Make Payment link to record bill payment. Once done, please contact our Customer Support Team. They'll add you to the list of affected users and send you an email notification once there's an update on this issue.

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
