You have two options in communicating with our supports, either inside QuickBooks Online or Tsheets. Please, follow the steps below. 

In QuickBooks: 

1. Go to the Help menu, then choose Contact Us. 
2. Type your concern in the description field, and hit Let's talk or Continue. 
3. Choose Start a chat. 

     4. Complete the needed information and submit the request. 

On Tsheets:

2. Hit Live Chat links or call them directly. 
3. Complete the required information and submit the request.
