Hi Can I display a second schedule?

Adding shifts allows you to enter a different time or shifts (Schedule A and Schedule B) for a week. You can add multiple employees for a specific scheduled shift or use it for the same employees. You might already found this out, but for those who have never done this, please follow these steps:

1. In QuickBooks Time, go to Schedule.
2. Click the Actions button and select Add Shift.
3. Tick the Repeat box and select Weekly for Repeats for each week.

5. Add a Start Date, Start Time, and End Time.
6. Select Team Members.
   
   
    
7. Click Publish.
