I know the relevance of saving attachments to expenses, @zoneprodja. Let's do some troubleshooting steps if you're unable to retrieve the data you've saved in your expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to determine if the issue is related to your browser.

To begin, please open an incognito window by using the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

This will prevent your browsing history from being saved. Then, go to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and try to see if you can retrieve the attachment or data. If private browsing works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will allow the system to start with a clean slate again. If private browsing doesn't work, you can use another supported web engine instead.

I'll also add this article to learn how to email or print multiple invoices, sales receipts, and estimates: Email or print multiple sales forms.

If you have further concerns about retrieving the attachments, please tag me in the comment section, @zoneprodja. I'll assist you in any way possible.
