Hi, I am currently trying to help Sri Lankan banks set up on QuickBooks to have live updates and payroll features. Where can I find the relevant info and contacts?

 If you wanted to connect your bank account in QuickBooks Online, you can follow the steps below:

1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Select the Banking tab and click the Connect Account if this is your first time connecting. If you already created one choose the Add account or Link account.
3. Search for your bank. Then, select Continue. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window.
4. Follow the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks.
5. Then, select the bank or credit card accounts you want to connect.
6. Choose how far back you want to download transactions. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
7. Once done, click Connect.
