Hi I am trying to contact tech support, I am new to quickbooks no one is able to help with my questions. and the chat function does not work.

Are you experiencing issues when trying to open a chat with our support team?

 

Furthermore, you'll have to log in to your QuickBooks Online account to start a chat and be able to share your concern. To do this, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Click Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Click Contact Support Team.
  4. Select Start a chart. One of our team will connect you within 5 minutes. 

If you're unable to access the page, you can try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

If it works, return to your default browser and clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
