Hi, I still can't get the expense short cut back on to my phone app? I use this alot for ease when I'm out on the road. It works on my laptop.Has it been removed.

The Expenses shortcut has not been removed in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, ontheroadmechani. Let's go through some troubleshooting to restore it and get you back to business.

You can still add and manage expenses through the QBO Android app. It appears the issue stems from the data in your mobile app. I recommend clearing the app's data to refresh the system and eliminate outdated files causing the behavior. 

For Android devices, here's how:

1. Go to Menu ☰.
2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
3. Tap YES to confirm.

In case the issue persists, I'd recommend uninstalling (tap and hold the app icon) and reinstalling the app (the article is for the US region but is also applicable to the international version of QBO). This is to ensure the version you'll be using is updated.
