I can think of two ways for you to add the missing transactions in QuickBooks Online, norazlynn.

Let me give you some ideas and guide you through the process.

Entering the missing transactions on your Chart of Accounts is the first way. Although there's no option to import them, you can add them one by one. Here's how:

  1. Open the Accounting menu.
  2. Go to Chart of Accounts.
  3. Locate the account where you need to add the transactions then click on View register.
  4. Click on the Add drop-down and select what transactions you want to create.
  5. Enter all the necessary information.
  6. Once done, click on Save.

Kindly refer to the snapshot below:

The second option would be manually uploading the transactions from the Banking page. See the steps below:

  1. Click on Bookkeeping, hit Transactions, then choose Bank transactions.
  2. Pick the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click on the Link account dropdown and then hit Upload from file.
  4. Choose Drag and drop or select files and then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then hit Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then hit Continue.
  6. Perform the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then hit Continue.
  7. Pick the transactions you want to import. Then hit Continue.
  8. Click on Yes.
  9. When you accept your transactions, hit Done.

Once finished, you can already match and categorise them to keep the accounts in order.
