Welcome to the Community, @accounting-invic.

I'd be glad to help you and share some insight about sending expenses to QuickBooks Online (QBO) by email.

Currently, the option to send expenses to QBO by email is unavailable. As a workaround, you can import expenses from text files or Excel spreadsheets directly into QBO using the SaasAnt Transactions application.

To start, Connect your QuickBooks Online account to SaasAnt Transactions (Online) App from QuickBooks AppStore by clicking the "Get App Now" button and get the 30 days free trial [No credit card required].

Once done, you can import expenses into QBO in bulk using the SaasAnt Transactions, follow the steps below:

  1. Login into SaasAnt Transaction Online.
  2. Select the New Import Tab.
  3. Select Let's Import, and select TransactionList, or Attachment to upload your file into QuickBooks.
  4. Select the QuickBooks entity as "Expenses.
  5. Select the files you want to upload and set up the Mapping of the columns in your Expenses.
  6. Select the "Preview Mapping" button to visualize current mapping based on QuickBooks.
  7. Select the Upload Tab.
  8. The data is imported successfully into Quickbooks and select Show Result to view the transaction.

To know more about Importing Expenses into QBO, refer to this article: How to Import Expenses.

I'll also add this link where you can find articles about managing your expenses: Expenses and suppliers.

Please feel free to drop a comment below. If you have further concerns about sending expenses to QBO or other QBO-related concerns. I will answer them in any possible way.
