Hi there, Sayeed. I can help you exclude your duplicate bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The option to filter all downloaded transactions via an Excel file is unavailable. However, you can manually exclude them by checking the box and clicking Exclude.

But before excluding them, ensure you refer to your bank statement to confirm that you are deleting the transactions you've downloaded manually.

Follow these steps to exclude them from your bank feeds:

1. Go to your Bank transactions.
2. Locate the blue tile where you downloaded your bank transactions.
3. Under the For Review tab, find all the transactions on the page.
4. Check the Box to exclude them.
5. Once done marking them check, and click Exclude.

Please note that all your excluded transactions will be moved to the Excluded tab. You can also revert them by clicking the Undo button

Additionally, you can now categorise your bank transactions after you've downloaded them manually. This ensures your records are balanced.
