Hi , Its been almost one week now i can't open added accounts in transaction it is showing blank while entering transaction. Please help me. service desk not responding

If you’re referring to the added accounts as an online banking in QuickBooks, you still have to add the downloaded transaction so it will appear on the View register.

On the other hand, if you are only referring to the added account in the Chart of Accounts page, you can pull a Transaction Detail by Account Report to see all of the transactions.

 Here’s how:

1. In your QuickBooks Online, go to the Reports menu.
2. Type Transaction Detail by Account Report in the search field. 

From there, you’ll see the transaction that you’re looking for.
