Hi, We are using Quickbooks in Hong Kong and we are hiring new people who will work in Quickbooks..We want to hide payroll from them. Is it possible.

I can sense that your business is growing so I'd like to congratulate you.

 

QuickBooks Online International versions don't have a built-in payroll service. Although, you can record payroll transactions manually using journal entries. 

 

When adding a new user, you can set them up as Standard user so you can customise their access rights. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Manage users.
  2. Select Add user and choose Standard user. Click Next.
  3. Choose the access you want this user to have, then Next.
  4. Enter your new user’s name and email address, then select Save.

Once done, they'll receive an email invitation where they'll need to create their login credentials to access your account.
