Glad to have you here in the Community. Welcome, and I'll gladly share information about the discontinuation.

Since making this announcement, we have heard from customers who want to continue using QuickBooks until the end of the fiscal year. We prioritize supporting you during this transition. Thus access to QuickBooks for existing clients has been extended until April 30, 2023. Please be informed that we will not accept new subscriptions.

Intuit's QuickBooks options for accountancy and small company users won't be accessible in India after April 30, 2023. Here are the products affected by the discontinuation. It applies to all subscriptions and services:

  • QuickBooks Online
  • QuickBooks Online Accountant
  • QuickBooks mobile app
  • QuickBooks Time

With that, you'll want to download your company data to save a copy of your files before the said date of discontinuation. Here's how:

  1. From the toolbar, click Settings, then Export Data.
  2. Go to the List or Reports tab and, using the slider, select the reports or lists you want to export.
  3. Choose Excel Export.

I've also included the following links if you're interested in buying QuickBooks from the US or international versions:

For additional QuickBooks-related concerns, don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. We're always available and willing to lend a hand to your queries. Have a great day ahead.

Your time is up and your best option now is to use the exporter tool to export CoA , Lists and Transactions to CSV files.

Then you may consider to purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to another accounting app next week.
