How can I acces the "Advance Options" in Account & Configuration in the international version of QBL in Spanish?

Today you just see Company and Subscription... but the Advance options do not appear

I recognize you need to access the Advance tab, @Carlos Johnson. We can run a troubleshooting method to help QuickBooks Online perform smoothly.

 

The cache can interfere with the QuickBooks performance and may cause missing tabs and options from within. Troubleshooting steps helps restore the QuickBooks working ability. 

 

Here’s how:

 

1. Restart your browser.

2. Log in to your account and try in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press Shift + CTRL + P

 3. If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your cache.

 4. Then, sign in back your account using your regular browser.

Dear  @ChristineJoieR 

we have a problem to change the languages from Spanish to Italian.

 

We can't see list of function on the left.

 

 As you can see we can't  see"advanced" on our menu of settings.

 

How can i change the Language to Italian with out see the advanced setting ?

I've checked our records and found an open investigation (INV-83244) about the tabs missing in the Account and settings. It's why you’re unable to see the Advance option. Our engineers are actively working to know the root cause of this unexpected behavior.

 

While our engineers are looking into this, I recommend reaching our Customer Support Team to add you as one of our affected users. This way, you'll receive an email notification once we get this sorted out.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
