How can I move items from uncategorised assets to uncategorised expenses? These are actually expenses, but QB automatically categorised them as assets. Please help

Let me show you how to edit each item, useranil.

While the option to edit items by batch, you'll have to open them individually. Here are the easy steps:

1. Go to the Sales menu and select Product and Services.
2. Select Edit on the first item and scroll down to the expense account. 
3. Change the account from Uncategorised Assets to Uncategorised Expenses.
4. Select Save and close.

Do the same steps to other items. The changes will apply to future transactions. If there are existing ones that you want to update, just open the transaction and toggle the item again.
