How do i cancel a bill entered in error?

I'm here to help you remove the incorrect bill, bewleysblackrock.

We have several ways on how to locate and delete the bill in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how.

Delete the bill from the Bill window

1. Open the bill to delete using one of these methods:
   • From the left menu, select Expenses, and select the appropriate bill from the Expense Transactions list.
   • In the Accounts Payable register in the Chart of Accounts, locate and select the bill.
   • Select the bill from within a report.
2. In the Bill window, select More at the bottom of the screen, then select Delete.
3. When prompted, select Yes to confirm that you want to delete the bill.

Delete the bill without opening it

1. Go to Expenses.
2. On the Expenses tab, locate the bill to delete.
3. In the Action column, select Delete from the drop-down menu.

In case you'd like to re-enter the deleted transaction, you can use the Audit Log feature to recover the needed information.
