How do I change the country that I set my account up under? I thought it was US but just realized it's not.

Hello there, @jgraves720.

 

Currently, we're unable to change the region once created. However, we can cancel your existing account and then subscribe to a new one.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing & subscription tab.
  4. On the QuickBooks Plan section, select Cancel.
  5. Hit Confirm Cancel.

 

Once done, you will receive an email confirmation for the cancellation of your online subscription.

 

Then, you can now start creating your new account with the United States subscription. Check this link so you can select the right region: Choose your country.

You have to signup for a new account and cancel the old one.
