How do I get the Deposits and Bills paid to show in chronological order?

    Hello, @eos2. You can arrange your bills paid and deposits chronologically in QuickBooks Online (QBO) by selecting the Date column on the page where those transactions appear. I'll guide you through the steps and include a screenshot to make it easier for you to navigate.

     

    Organizing transactions like deposits and bills in chronological order can be done by clicking the Date column until it fits your preferred arrangement. Also, adding a filter to the page can help you speed up the process when reviewing bills paid. 

     

    For bills paid, these are the steps:

     

    1. On the left navigational bar, select the Expenses tab and then click Expenses.
    2. In the Expenses section, click the Dropdown arrow and choose Bill. By doing so, you can set the page to show bill transactions only.
    3. Click the Filter button and then in the Status field, select Paid.
    4. After applying the filters to the page, click the Date column until it shows your transactions in chronological order.
