    If you're a new user and this is your first card reader, it is advisable to make your purchase through the GoPayment app, Outside. Please follow the step-by-step guide provided below to assist you in this process.

     

    When ordering a card reader, ensure that you use the physical mailing address associated with your business. Here's how you can order through the GoPayment app:

     

    Follow the steps based on the version of the GoPayment app you're using:

     

    For the green GoPayment app:

    1. On the home screen, click on the More icon.
    2. Select Hardware. Then, choose Order card reader.
    3. Select the desired card reader from the available options.
    4. Complete your order by following the onscreen instructions.

     

    For the blue GoPayment app:

    1. On the home screen, select the Menu icon.
    2. Tap on Settings.
    3. Choose Order card reader. Then, select Add to Order for the reader you want to purchase.
    4. Specify the number of readers required and proceed to Check Out.
    5. Follow the onscreen instructions to finalize your order.

     

    However, if you already have a card reader and need to order another one, you can place your order through the app or the Merchant Service Center. Here’s what you need to do:

     

    1. Log in to the Merchant Service Center.
    2. Navigate to the Account tab and select Order Card Reader.
    3. Click on Place your order for the desired card reader.
    4. Complete the order by following the onscreen steps.

     

    Your card reader is expected to be delivered within 4 to 7 business days.

     

    Upon receiving your card reader, proceed to set it up to enhance the mobility of your business, and ensure you never miss a sale. This setup allows your customers to pay, leave tips, and complete their transactions without handling your device.
