How to add more authorized signatory in the expenses voucher?

While taking printout its showing only one Authorized Signatory but in my company we have two or more authorized signatory

I'm here to provide some information about steps to ensure you can manage electronic signatures in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However,  QuickBooks Online doesn't have the E-signature feature. You can manually affix your signature using a supported third-party app.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Apps menu at the left pane.
  2. Choose the Find Apps tab, and then type a keyword in the search bar like "E-signature."
  3. Click the magnifying glass to search, and then choose the app that suits your need.
