I'd be happy to help you get your task done, onnlai.

I'll help you record multiple locations in a single bill in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can personalize your transactions in your account.

Our QBO Plus has a location feature, but we can only assign one location per bill. If you have this type of subscription, you can utilize our class feature to accomplish your goal. This functionality helps you track transactions by departments, product lines, or other meaningful business segments. So when it's time to run reports, you have a clear picture of each segment's financial health. Then, you can use this info to set a budget goal for each class.

To start, let's turn it on and create a new class. Go as follows:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then pick Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Categories section.
  3. Click the Pencil icon to edit.
  4. Select One to each row in the transaction from the Assigned Classes drop-down.
  5. Click Save, then Done.
  6. Go back to the Gear icon and choose All Lists
  7. Hit Classes and hit New

You can read through this article which contains additional insight into class tracking: Get started with class tracking in QuickBooks Online.

Once completed, you can create a bill and assign a class per line item. See the sample screenshot below for more reference:

However, if you're using another QBO version, you can upgrade your plan to use the feature. If you don't want, the best way is to add a Description or Memo in the form manually. See the sample screenshot below:
