How to deal with postponed accounting on quickbooks online Irish version?

My company recently had a shipment from Turkey (we are based in Ireland) and the import vat was dealt with via postponed accounting. How do I account for this in quickbooks?

Has this question been answered? I can't find any information on how to set up PVA on the Irish Edition.
